STEP 01
Run
Every agent action is written, in order, into a tamper-evident hash chain. Each entry carries the hash of the entry before it. Alter an entry, break a link or remove one, and the check names it by sequence number. Where an audit write fails, Hivemind tries to append a chained marker in its place, and the verification result counts the markers it recorded. A verified chain proves that what was written is intact and in order. It does not prove that nothing is missing.
When the mission completes, an independent verifier re-walks the chain from the first entry and checks every hash. Pass or fail, the verdict is recorded. The runner never grades its own work.
STEP 03
Prove
Export the evidence and hand it to your boss, your client, your auditor. They can re-walk the chain in their own browser, without an account and without the file leaving their machine. Our verify page carries the fingerprint of the production signing key, so it also tells them whether we signed the export or somebody else did.
