1. The service

Hivemind AX, operated by Hypereum Ltd (UK Co. 16346019), runs and records multi-agent missions in a tamper-evident hash chain, verifies completed missions independently, and makes results exportable as evidence.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your workspace, its operator seats, and the credentials that access it. Seats are per person, not shared.

3. Billing

Billing follows the Billing Verification Spec (v1.0): you pay only for verified missions; a failed mission is never billed; every billing event is written into the mission chain so your invoice can be recomputed from your own audit chain. Where these terms and the spec disagree, the spec governs billing. COUNSEL REVIEW

4. Your data and evidence

Mission data, chains, and exports are yours. We process them to run the service and never to grade our own homework · verification is mechanical, not editorial.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful missions, no attempts to forge or corrupt chains, no probing other tenants' boundaries. Responsible security research is welcome via security@hivemindax.com.

6. Liability

7. Termination

You can leave at any time and take your evidence with you · exports remain checkable after your account closes. We may suspend workspaces that break section 5.
